Malik Zaryab Hayat Tiwana, Former Deputy General Secretary of Peoples Paramedical Wing Karachi in an open letter to the higher officials of sindh government including Chief Minister Sindh, Minister Health Sindh and others stated that  this communication is to formally address the ongoing harassment of voters, supporters, and female employees associated with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) at the hospital, perpetrated by certain individuals within the administration who are affiliated with a specific religious group and opponent party.

He said that, these individuals are demanding bribes and threatening employees who assert their rights as guaranteed under Article 4 (Right of individuals to be dealt with in accordance with law) and Article 10A (Right to fair trial) of the Constitution of Pakistan.

He informed that, Such unlawful actions must cease immediately, and the salary of Aslam Baloch, Nursing Attendant BPS 4 of NICH should be released without further delay.

Moreover he said, The aforementioned opponent group, masked under religious attire, is currently facing multiple serious allegations of corruption, malpractice, personal grudge included *on duty workplace woman harassment*. These include, but are not limited to, accusations related to assets disproportionate to known income and property, illegal promotions i.e grade 5 to grade 17, and the procurement of substandard machinery & medicines.

These issues have been duly reported to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Crime Circle, Anti-Corruption Sindh and other relevant authorities already, he added.

Furthermore, certain senior officers /official have been engaging in threats and coercion, linking my official posting to the withdrawal of all complaints lodged against this group. This constitutes undue pressure and a clear violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the **Constitution of Pakistan**.

He revealed that, Instead of utilizing the substantial budget allocated by the  Sindh Government for the hospital’s improvement and for the poor patients of Karachi / Sindh and Balochistan,, these individuals have, in fact, enriched themselves by favoring specific companies and individuals, leading to significant financial loss and tarnishing the reputation of the Sindh Government, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

He shared that, We salute to Mr Niaz Ahmed Khaskheli, Member of the Organizing Committee, People’s Medical Wing Sindh, hereby pledge to steadfastly advocate for the rights of every employee of the hospitals. Those individuals who are incapable of managing their responsibilities must refrain from approaching me and must reconsider any actions they plan to take against me or any other employees.

I will not hesitate to expose the identities of those involved in corruption, along with the details of their assets exceeding lawful income, property and foreign tour to senior Journalists and senior officers /officials of the Sindh Government, he said

At last he shared that, This letter serves as a formal warning and a request for the opportunity to present these matters publicly. I am committed to ensuring that the truth is revealed, Insha Allah.
