1. Timely payment of House Officers’ salaries
2. Enhancing postgraduate and House Officers’ stipends (equal to Sindh Govt.)
3. Addressing unpaid trainees’ issues
YDA also praised Mayor KMC, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, for supporting Abbasi Shaheed Hospital’s development, including:
1. Advanced Laboratory facilities
2. Enhanced Gynaecology and Pediatric departments
3. Upgraded Radiology department
YDA hopes the recent doctor hiring will positively impact healthcare, especially where doctor shortages exist, and that House Officers’ and PGs’ salaries will match government standards.”
