Sindh Minister for Labour Shahid Abdus Salam Thaim has said that the Sindh Government is committed to provide maximum facilities to labor during a special Function on Wednesday organized by Peoples Labor Union at Arts Council of Pakistan in Karachi .
Labour Minister assured his all efforts for the best interest of labors ,He said that our various departments including Sindh Employees Social Welfare Institution has many dispensaries and Teritiacare hospitals in Sindh province providing health care facilities 24/7 while Workers welfare Board is looking after their various needs including their housing and other family needs.He said that Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman given the special status to labors and said that it’s the Labor Party that’s why we setup Peoples labour Bureau to support Trade Unions and strengthen them to fight for their rights.
He said that soon we are establishing a Cancer Hospital that we come to know due to environmental hazards and pollution. Many laborers are suffering from Various kinds of Cancers.
Sindh Senior Minister Saeed Ghani, former head of Senate Mian Rashid Rabbani and Veteran Labour Leader Habibuddin junaidi also addressed the audience.
