A graceful farewell ceremony was organized on Wednesday, at the Seminar Hall, First Floor, SBCA Building, in honor of Engr. Syed Asif Rizvi, Additional Director General and Director District East of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), on the completion of his tenure and retirement from service.
The event was jointly arranged by SBCA Unit, United Workers Front Union and All Pakistan Officers Welfare Association – SBCA.
A large number of officers and employees of the department attended the event, along with key representatives from the unit, union, and officers’ association.
Speakers at the ceremony paid glowing tribute to Engr. Asif Rizvi for his dedicated services and professional contributions to the department.
In recognition of his service, a commemorative shield was presented to him by the SBCA Unit and Officers Welfare Association.
