Following directives of Rizwan Abdul Sami, Chairman of the Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) Jinnah in District East Karachi, a team from the Advertisement Department has removed numerous illegal billboards and hoardings fixed on public property. The operation, supervised by Director of Advertisement Rashid Baig, targeted structures placed in violation of a Top Court order.
The removal campaign focused on several key thoroughfares within the TMC Jinnah jurisdiction, including Shaheed e Millat Road, Shahrah e Faisal (from Baloch Colony flyover towards Karsaz), and the Karsaz left side from Shahrah e Faisal to the National Stadium.
However, Advertisment Department team have removed a significant number of illegal advertising structures during the operation.
