Shah Latif Town Police Station team headed by SHO Syed Muhammad Ali Shah on Friday foiled the plan to attack on train with Hand Grenade in Malir and arrested two terrorists.
It was revealed in a press statement issued by District Malir Police that Shah Latif Police Station team under the supervision of SSP Malir Irfan Bahadur and SP Sanghar Malik arrested two accuseds affiliated with banned outfit Lashkar e Jahangvi, who were planning to attack train by hand grenade on a railway track within the jurisdiction of Shah Latif Town.
Further during the interrogation police learned that the accuseds have got militant training from Afghanistan .
Moreover, SHO Latif Informed that arrested accuseds identified as Abdul Basit and Atta Mohsin , whereas police has recovered two hand grenades and one pistol of 30 bore with six bullets from both arrested accuseds.
