Corruption on Rise in Sindh Building Control Authority, Illegal constructions in various parts of the city continues by violating orders of Top Court.
Sources confirmed that by the nexus of SBCA Corrupt Officers after liaquatabad, liyari & korangi illegal construction has been started in Scheme 33.
Whereas it was revealed that Asif Sheikh Officer of SBCA Scheme 33 allegdely involved in backing illegal constructions in the area.
The said officer is also allegdely the front man of Director General of the department.
A source stated that SBCA Inspector Riaz Abro deal with the builder mafia on behalf of officers in Scheme 33.
It was learned that the department has done artificial demolition time to time in different areas of the city and usually demolish the plots of citizens who has refused to pay bribe.
On the other hand NAB & Anti Corruption Establishment has already initiated enquiry against the officers of department who were involved in illegal constructions in their respective areas.
However the apex court has also directed SBCA for action against illegal construction in the city.
