Karachi; Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed said that the solution of long-standing problems under the Karachi package is a good step, similar packages are the solution to the major problems of Karachi.
He expressed these views while inspecting the sewerage works being carried out under the Karachi package in Block 6 PECHS.
He said that sewerage problems in the area are many years old, which have been ensured on a regular basis, for which grateful to Sindh government, for better municipal services, it is necessary that various civic bodies work together to provide services to the citizens of Karachi, then all kinds of local government problems can be easily resolved.
He directed that immediate steps should be taken to restore the roads after resolving the sewerage problems so that the residents of the area do not face difficulties.
He was accompanied by Deputy Director DM, Irshad Ali and Assistant Executive Engineer Saleem Farooqui and others.
