KDA Officers Association to jointly work with Employees Union CBA for betterment of Employees and Officers; Syed Imran Hussain Jafri
Karachi ; KDA Employees Union (CBA) organized General Workers Meeting at Ground Floor Civic Centre. In which a large number of workers and KDA employees participated. The meeting started with recitation of Holy Quran.
On this occasion, Syed Imran Hussain Jafri Unit In-charge of KDA and Patron-in-Chief of KDA Employees Union (CBA) welcomed Arshad Ansari In-charge of Central Labor Division MQM (Pakistan), Mehtab Siddiqui Kamran Kami, Joint In-charge of Labor Division and Member Labour Division Tahir Javed.
Speaking on the occasion Imran Hussain Jafri said that the purpose of today’s general workers meeting is to announce the KDA All Officers Association (ad hoc committee) which will be announced by Arshad Ansari, because when (CBA) used to talk to the KDA administration regarding the problems of the officers, then the KDA administration told (CBA) that you should talk about the problems of the employees of grades one to fifteen.
He stated that, I ask my colleagues not to get into the cycle of transfer and posting, be patient, Today we do not have local government ministry, but inshallah, time comes, it is of MQM.
He said that, I challenge you to hold CBA elections today, Inshallah, KDA Employees Union will succeed with a bigger majority than before.
The situation is definitely difficult, Even in these circumstances, KDA Employees Union (CBA) is solving the problems, this is the time for unity, people has given his life for MQM we have to reform ourselves KDA Employees Union (CBA) is doing its work, he added.

On this occasion, Arshad Ansari, incharge of Labour Division, said, “I congratulate KDA Unit, KDA Employees Union (CBA) for doing such a good program, he said that, I agree with Imran Bhai.” Further, regarding transfer and posting, do not include anyone in the organization, if the transfer and posting is done on merit, then it is fine, and if it is done on the basis of language and discrimination, then I warn the management that qualified officers should be posted.
He stated that, We will not leave (CBA) alone, today’s general workers meeting is about restructuring, Some new colleagues are joining the KDA unit today.
He congratulated to Unit Committee Members of CBA Mohammad Abdul Maroof , Javed Alam , Mohammad Irshad , Nadeem Khokhar , Joint Incharge Mohammad Akbar on being elected.
KDA All Officers Association (Ad Hoc Committee) Committee Member included Zulqarnain , Nabeel , Joint Secretary Murtaza , Fahad , Vice President Zafar Shaikh , Fazeel Bukhari , Shahid Saleem , Sohail Ahmed and General Secretary Tahir Javed names were announced.
Let me make it clear that whoever works will remain in the KDA All Officers Association (Adhoc Committee) otherwise he will be replaced because there is a long list of officers, he added.
KDA Employees Union (CBA), KDA All Officers Association will work in consultation with KDA Unit, he asked.
