It was revealed in an office order issued on Monday from the office of the Additional Secretary Karachi Development Authority (KDA) personal files of 186 officers including 115 of Grade 16, 38 of Grade 17, 21 of Grade 18, 12 of Grade 19 and 1 of Grade 20 Officer personal record not available in the KDA secretariat.
The Directive was issued on the instructions of Director General, officers warned that failure to comply will result in severe disciplinary action, including salary stoppage.
