Economic prosperity depends on industrial growth and industrial growth is dependent of innovation Industrialization is an important milestone for economic stability,Provincial Minister for Information Technology Taimur Talpur shated these views at the closing ceremony of Automotive 2019 which organized by Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology – SSUET in collaboration with DICE Foundation.

Speaking on the occasion, he said, “The aim of nation should have to be to learn, no to study, It is always our students, researchers, who build the future of any country.

Therefore, such events provide sound opportunities to our fresh blood to interact with the minds of contemporary time to innovate new ideas and achieve glory, he added.

Chancellor SSUET, Jawaid Anwar, expressed that, we can not grow until academia and government institutions come on one page, Sir Syed University is a technological university and IT ministry must get in constant touch with it.

Moreover he said, For prosperity of Pakistan, the balance of imports and exports need to be rehashed as well as priorities.

Further, He asked Minister for support the students in terms of funding in their projects and to make it marketable and provide facilities for its marketing.

Vice Chancellor SSUET, Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin, added that innovation is the key to success, Sir Syed Ahmed Khan focused on education because without education we can not survive as a nation.

DICE Automotive ‘2019 is aiming to provide a forum for students to display their abilities and skills, Educational endeavours should always be in line with the demands of the contemporary world and international standards in producing highly qualified professionals keeping pace with the emerging trends and challenges, he said.

Chair, Pak Japan Business Forum, Sohail Ahmed, said that DICE is contributing with a great deal of passion, dedication and commitment towards the prosperity of Pakistani society.

This event is surely a key one in line with their continuous and unabated endeavours to foster growth and development of science and technology with industry and educational institutions in harness.
