Application submitted in Eidgah Police station for legal action against MS and AMS Estate Civil Hospital Karachi

Karachi: An application has been submitted in the Eidgah Police Station to register an FIR against the MS and AMS Estate of Civil Hospital Karachi.

In the petition submitted for legal action in the Eidgah police station, the complainant claimed that the more than 7 lac rupees theft from Doctor Cafeteria Civil Hospital at the behest of Medical Superintendent Dr. Grace and AMS Estate Dr. Shahzad .

According to the application filed in the police station, on May 18, the locks of the cafeteria were broken and an amount of 755000 was stolen, In the CCTV, two accused were identified as civil hospital employees, while some unknown persons were also involved.

Manager Dr. Cafeteria took the stand in the complain that MS Grace of Civil Hospital and AMS Estate Dr. Shahzad were asking for money to run Doctor Cafeteria Civil Hospital.

Complainant Mujeeb ur Rehman Bhutto stated that In case of non-payment, the said officers were threatening to close the cafeteria and terminate the contract.

While the petitioner said that he filed suit number 673/2023 in civil court number five on the threat of terminating the contract, on which the court issued a stay order.

The petition demanded legal action against MS, AMS Civil Hospital and others involved in breaking the locks of the cafeteria and stealing more than seven lakh cash.
