Two sister namely 7 years old Aqeela and 13 years old Yasmeen drowned into Thado Dam near Dumba village. Both of sisters had come to wash clothes where Aqeela was busy in play that suddenly her foot slipped and fell into Thado Dam after that Yasmeen jumped into water to save her sister but both drowned.
News of falling girls into Thado Dam spread like fire into dry grass and villagers of Hashim Gabol rushed hearing sad news and reached at incident place.
Local swimmers jumped into dam and took out girls dead bodies and shifted to Baqai Hospital and after the confirmation of their death bodies were sent home back. Mourning situation spread throughout area.
In this regards Hashim Gabol villagers and Social Activists said talking to with reporters that both deceased sisters had gone Thado Dam to wash clothes due to the shortage water in their village where incident occurred.
They said that it is negligence of District Administration which became fail to provide water facility that’s why they have got a loss of two sisters.
