Karachi: The arrival of sacrificial animal continued in Asia’s largest Cattle Friendly Market at Northern Bypass.
Contractor Pervez has also started supply of water to traders and cattle handlers .
The contractor has arranged water bowsers to ensure supply of water to livestock round the clock.
The Every animal arriving to the cattle market is being provided 30 liters of water on daily basis free of cost.
Earlier, Only 16 liter water was provided to cattle handlers.
The water supply is being ensured in every block of cattle market from the first day and traders have been instructed to show the card to get require water for animals .
Contractor Mohammad Pervez said that the supply of water to the cattle market is being done with approved hydrants. No one is allowed to bring water from outside the cattle market.
The contractor further said “We will ensure provision of water to livestock traders till Eid ul Adha”.
In 2025, More than four million sacrificial animals are expected to bring in the cattle market while all arrangements have been finalized to ensue uninterrupted supply of millions gallon water for animals.
