Superior University, Lahore has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi (UOK).
The memorandum desires to establish mutually beneficial collaboration built on academic, scientific and cultural cooperation.
The memorandum also calls for exchange of faculty, researchers, students, publications, academic programs and research proposals between both the institutions.
The Spokesman of the ICCBS – University of Karachi on Friday said that the MOU was signed in a ceremony held at the Superior University Lahore recently. Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary, Director of the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, and COMSTECH Coordinator-General, and Superior University Rector Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman have signed the MOU on behalf of their institutions.
It is pertinent to mention here that Superior University is a hub of Innovation and creativity where students’ perfect academic and professional development is ensured. Superior University is now considered to be one of the best universities in Pakistan.
It also worth mentioning here that the ICCBS is the only institution in Pakistan that was not only certified by ISO but it also became ‘UNESCO Centre for Excellence Category-2 Institute’, he said.
According to the MOU, this agreement will be in effect for a period of five years from the date of execution and may be extended by mutual agreement in writing by both parties.
