KDA Employees Union (CBA) held an emergency meeting under the chairmanship of Syed Imran Hussain Jafri Patron in chief of CBA KDA Employees Union MQM Pakistan.
KDA Employees Union CBA President Muhammad Abdul Maroof, General Secretary Qamar Abbas, Senior Union Member Zeeshan Malik , Senior Union Member Nadeem Khokhar including other workers were also present in the meeting.
Addressing the emergency meeting, Syed Imran Hussain Jafri said that the dues of three billion rupees approved by the Sindh caretaker government of the retired employees have not been received yet.
Therefore, the KDA Employees Union CBA demands the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Local Government Minister Syed Ghani to approve the summary of three billion in the Sindh Cabinet as soon as possible because Retired employees and their families can get rid of their financial problems through the issuance of this amount.
Whereas, President of KDA Employees Union CBA Muhammad Abdul Maroof said that the retired employees who spent most of their lives in the service of the department but now after retirement they are facing financial crisis due to non issuance of their dues for a long time.
Qamar Abbas General Secretary of KDA Employees Union, said that the Sindh Government should solve this problem of retired employees immediately and KDA Employees Union CBA urged to the Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and the Local Government Minister of Sindh Syed Ghani to look at this issue from the point of view of human compassion and send the summary of three billion to Sindh Cabinet as soon as possible.
