Provincial Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Wednesday administered oath to newly elected office bearer of Pakistan Association of Press Photographers here at Sindh Assembly.
Memon administered oath to PAPP President Muhammad Jameel, Vice President Aijaz Korai, Secretary Muhammad Nauman, Joint Secretary Muhammad Azeem, Treasurer Syed Imran Ali and Members Governing Body Rana Muhammad Tahir, Imran Ali and Mateen Khan.
Speaking on the occasion, the Information Minister said photographers are backbone of the journalism.
He said that it was the utmost resolve of Pakistan People’s Party Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to resolve issues being faced by the journalist fraternity.
Memon said that PPP’s Sindh government had done unprecedented works for betterment and welfare of journalist community.
