The first introductory meeting of Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) Jinnah held under the chairmanship of Chairman TMC Jinnah Rizwan Abdul Sami which was attended by town vice chairman Hamid Khan and members of town council .
Council Officer Hasan Ali Khan briefed the council about the council matters after the introduction of council members.
Addressing the meeting, Chairman Rizwan Abdul Sami said that the town has to play its role to make it stand on its feet in every respect, in this regard, team work will be done to increase revenue, while a committee of council members will be formed to prevent illegal road cutting and advertisements.
He said that the ban on the orders of heavy vehicles from 11 pm to 6 am would be ensured with the help of the concerned department, talking about charged parking, he said that bylaws would be formed in this regard.
The council members said that they were facing difficulties due to non-availability of offices, staff and funds, to which the chairman said that the problems would be resolved by contacting the Sindh government in this regard.
