Union of Al-Sons Private Company workers knocked the door of labor court Karachi for the approval of demands.
Labor Court 4 postponed the hearing after listening pleadings of both side advocates due to the strike of advocates against the incident of Sakrand and Mastoing and announced date of 7 October for the next hearing.
During hearing a number of workers was present out side of court.
In this respect Union Leaders of Al-Sons workers Akhtar Ali Sahito, Abdul Jabbar and others told talking with journalists that they have knocked the door of labor court because no salary is being increased not even amount of leaves. They said that company management is deducting their salary in the name of non-productive day against of which they had submitted petition at labor court days ago whose hearing has been held today and it has been postponed till 7 of October due to the strike of advocates.
They blamed that there is a group of influential officers who does not pay the remuneration of old age workers after their retirement or dismissal. They revealed that workers who are working at company for fifteen to twenty years are kicked out without paying and are not kept permanent on their job that’s why they have been compelled to rattle the door of labor court and a great number of workers is present including old and women.
On the other hand Al-sons Admin officer Hassan Gabol said on contact that union has taken away all workers with it towards labor court due to that company is bearing great loss. He said that workers are paid facilities.
