Director General Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Naveed Anwar while presiding over a high-level meeting said that the work on 98 approved schemes of 2023-24 with the funds of ADP by the Sindh government to improve the infrastructure of Karachi is ongoing with speed.

Under the leadership of Director General Karachi Development Authority Naveed Anwar, a team of experienced engineers of KDA is in progress in 8 different districts of Karachi, in which the development works of rain drains, sewerage system, renovation of roads and construction of new underpasses are ongoing.

For the convenience and welfare of the people, the scope of development work is being expanded on a fair basis in all the districts of the city.

98 approved schemes of the year 2023-24 from the funds of the Sindh Government ADP Work is in progress on different districts at a cost of Rs.22 billion 34 crore 46 lakh 7 thousand rupees .

DG KDA has also issued instructions to Chief Engineer Tariq Rafi for early implementation of all approved schemes.

In 2023-24, 98 schemes were presented by Karachi Development Authority.

Director General Karachi Development Authority Naveed Anwar said that practical steps are being taken to make the city on international standards , the better results of which will start to be seen soon.

DG KDA stated that the concerned officers should ensure concrete steps to ensure timely completion of all mega projects and development schemes of the city.
