In continuation of Landhi Police Station team action against criminals on the directives of SSP Korangi and SHO Farrukh Hashmi, landhi police station team while engaged in snap checking at Landhi No. 4 signaled to stop two motorcyclists on which the motorcycle riders started firing at the police party.
However after resistance and cross firing all four accused arrested in injured condition
Whereas , during shifting injured accuseds to hospital one accused namely Sadiq alias Rehman died on the way to hospital .
Meanwhile, Station House Officer Landhi Farrukh Hashmi said that the arrested accused were identified as 4-member dacoit gang who had threatened the lives of the people of Landhi and several FIRs in different police stations were registered against them, on which action has been initiated.
SHO Farrukh Hashmi further said that “I will not tolerate any kind of crime within the limits of my police station”.
He stated that, Doors of his police station open for public round the clock and he is always ready to serve public.
