A high-level delegation from the KDA Employees Union CBA, led by its Patron-in-Chief Syed Imran Hussain, held a successful corner meeting with the staff of Johar Division.

The meeting was attended by a large number of employees, who expressed their full support for the union.

The meeting, which was also attended by CBA President Abdul Maroof, General Secretary Qamar Abbas, Senior Joint Secretary Nadeem Khokhar, and office bearers from the Officers Association, focused on the issues faced by the employees and how to address them.

The staff of Johar Division welcomed the delegation with flowers and pledged their unwavering support.

Speaking at the meeting, CBA President Abdul Maroof and General Secretary Qamar Abbas condemned the attempt to halt the workers’ charter of demands, calling it an economic murder of KDA employees.

They emphasized that the current CBA’s worker-friendly charter of demands was being unfairly targeted due to bias.

They expressed confidence that the Employees Union CBA would emerge stronger than ever, as would be evident in the upcoming referendum.

Patron-in-Chief Syed Imran Hussain asserted that the union was fully prepared for the referendum and challenged the opposing unions to set a date.

He stated that the current CBA’s time period was about to end and that the union was ready to face the referendum anytime.

The delegation’s visit to Johar Division was marked by slogans in favor of MQM Pakistan, and the employees on their solidarity with the union’s cause.
