On that occasion lead people of demonstration spoke to media men and said that K-electric has tyrannised with people of rural areas of Karachi by disconnecting electricity from two months.
They added more that they have been paying electricity bills regularly but still their electricity has not been recovered yet due to that a severe shortage of drinking water has occurred in their villages including Khamiso Khan, Mahar Ali Jokhio, Darsano Chhano.
They declared by their protest that they will have sit-in at Super Highway and Link road in next few days if their electricity has not been recovered.
More over they said that K-electric management should be mature and should not bother them because they are regular bill payers.
Residents appealed Malir administration to take notice of two months disconnection of electricity at Darsano and surrounding villages and get their electricity recovered.
