KDA Employees Union showed concern over the exclusion of KDA from SBCA receivable betterment charges.
It was learned that a session of KDA Employees Union held under the supervision of Patron in Chief Navaid Anwer Siddiqui on Wednesday at the office of Union in Civic Center.
Moreover, Union showed concern over the notification No. SO/HTP/Gen/SBCA/4-161/2016 of Sindh Government Housing & Town Planning Department which issued on 9th August 2016.
Navaid Anwer stated that by the said notification KMC, KW&SB, and DMC’s right accepted on the betterment charges of SBCA. Whereas the name of KDA was not mentioned on the said notification.
However, he added that,on the other hand the responsibility of Surjani Town, Gulistan e Johar, Korangi including other schemes look after were the responsibility of Karachi Development Authority.
Futher Patron in Chief of KDA Employees Union urged Sindh Government for the payment of betterment charges to KDA for the financial stability of department.
