Karachi(Crime Reporter) Pakistan Bazar Police by using intelligence and technical resources arrested a three-member fake police gang and recovered illegal weapons along with ammunition, police uniforms, police caps and police identification stars.
According to details, Pakistan Bazaar Police arrested a three-member fake police gang during a raid in Orangi Town with the help of intelligence and technical resources.
According to police, the arrested suspects were identifying themselves as policemen in different areas of West District.
According to SSP West Suhai Aziz Talpur, the arrested accused used to show themselves as policemen in a house in Pakistan Bazaar area this week.
The accused had robbed a large number of cash and gold jewelery and fled. The case was registered in Pakistan Bazaar police station on the complaint of a citizen.
She further said that the arrested accused include Ahsan Farooqi son of Khalil Ahmed, Wahid son of Jan Mohammad, Sohail Khan son of Mohammad Anwar.
Moreover she stated said that the said accused had also been arrested earlier. Mominabad police station has been arrested and jailed for being involved in such incidents.
However, according to the material recovered from the possession of the accused, cases have been registered and the accused have been handed over to the investigating police.
Meanwhile, SSP West Sohai Aziz Talpur directed the investigating police to meet the legal requirements, punish the accused and provide justice to the families of the victims.
