Director General Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Naveed Anwar directed the Director Land Management Ashfaq Mallah to identify the residential and commercial plots in Surjani Town, North Karachi, Korangi Town and other schemes of KDA, which were left for the auction.
DG asked Director Land KDA to call for site report from respective KDA Engineers and a letter should be sent to the DPUD to verify the site plan of the plots and prepare a list of these plots and submit them to the concerned auction committee so that a meeting of the auction committee can be held as soon as possible.
DG KDA told that it should be held soon so that the sources of income of KDA can be increased by auctioning the plots.
Director General KDA Naveed Anwar further said that all these priorities will make it possible to pay the salaries and pensions of the employees and officers on timely basis.
Additional Director Land Muhammad Rashid, Additional Director Auction Muhammad Meraj, Additional Director Commercial Muhammad Faisal, Personal Staff Officer Riaz Ahmed Rashid and other officers were present on this occasion.
