Under DMC East, the process of development works is going on in the District East also preparations continues for organizing flower show including improvement of roads and streets and construction of Quaid-e-Azam Monument near Expo Center is near to completion.
Administrator DMC East Syed Shakeel Ahmed inspected Quaid-e-Azam Monument and Stadium Road Nursery including construction of roads in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-10 and Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block-15.
Speaking during visits, he said that we are working in every department for the betterment of district east, there is a need to work on a large scale for the improvement of roads and streets, as far as possible, we are trying to rehablitate the network of roads, which are towards b improvement.
Quaid-e-Azam Monument will not only enhance the beauty of the Expo Center, but it will be counted among the beautiful monuments of the city, he said that it is desired to make the District East a green and well-equipped district for which practical efforts are being made.
He was accompanied by Superintending Engineers, Mubeen Sheikh, Salman Memon, Focal Person Imtiaz Bhutto, Director Anti-Encroachment, Elahi Bakhsh Banbhan, Deputy Director DM, Irshad Ali, Assistant Executive Engineer Rashid Fayyaz and others.
