KDA Employees Union CBA Patron in Chief and Unit In-charge Syed Imran Hussain Jaffrey stated that it is a good news for officers and employees of Karachi Development Authority (KDA) that dow hospital and laboratory panel has been restored.
Whereas CBA President Abdul Maroof informed that due to the personal efforts of DG KDA Naveed Anwar Siddiqui Dow Hospital panel has been fully restored.
He shared that, First time in the history of KDA Director General while taking into confidence the management of Dow Hospital has restored the Medical panel of KDA employees for which CBA would like to congratulate him.
He told that, On this occasion the Director General of KDA Naveed Anwar Siddiqui said that the delegation of Dow Medical came today and I also took KDA Employees Union (CBA) into confidence and It has been mutually decided that we will pay an amount of 60 lacks out of the old arrears of Dow Medical till this evening, which will be paid for the medical expenses of 2200 serving employees and 4000 retired employees of KDA.
The medical facility will be restored and all 28 laboratories of Dow Medical will come on our KDA panel instead of our other laboratories which were closed, he said.
General Secretary Qamar Abbas, Information Secretary Yasir Ali Khan, Deputy General Secretary Sher Afghan Senior Members Nadeem Khokhar, Zeeshan Malik and Vice President Abdul Aziz Khan were also present on the occasion.
