DG KDA Awards Appreciation Certificates to Finance and IT Staff

Director General of Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Altaf Gohar Memon, awarded appreciation certificates to officers and staff of the Finance & Accounts and Information Technology departments in recognition of their outstanding services.

Speaking at the occasion, DG Altaf Gohar Memon highlighted the importance of exploring new sources of revenue to financially strengthen the organization. He emphasized that all KDA officers and employees must utilize available resources effectively and contribute towards the institution’s progress.

 

Member A/Director Finance, Shakeel Siddiqui, noted that delays in the payment of salaries and pensions were a recurring issue in the past. However, due to the dedicated efforts of DG Altaf Gohar Memon, salaries and pensions are now being disbursed regularly every month, which he termed a commendable achievement.

Those awarded appreciation certificates from the Finance & Accounts Department included Nadeem Shabbir, Qamar Saeed, Nadeem Taj, Syed Musharraf Ali, Sohail Basit, Syed Sameer Imam, Shoaib Raza, Faizan Shafiq, Aftab Alam, Safdar Hussain, Syed Kamran Maqsood, Asad ur Rehman, Muhammad Shamim, Faizan Jafri, Bilal, Arsalan ul Haq, Pension Accounts Officer Ghazala Anzar, Saqib Ayub, and Arham Younus.

From the Information Technology Department, the recipients were Arsalan Shariq, Waseemuddin, Hanif Jamal, Azhar Raza, Naeem Kareem, Syed Abrar Hussain, and Aurangzeb Ahmed Khan. Waqar Ahmed (Accounts Officer, Lines Area Project) and Faisal Sattar (Superintendent Accounts) were also recognized for their contributions.

The event was attended by Member A/Director Finance Shakeel Siddiqui, KDA Secretary Arshad Khan, Director IT Nasir Khan, Senior Director TEB Syed Kamal Ahmed, and Deputy Secretary Admin Asif Naeem.
