KARACHI : KDA was not only at the forefront in providing facilities but also created a distinct in country by introducing affordable and quality housing schemes. In keeping with this tradition, Minister LG Nasir Shah and Director General Karachi Development Authority Syed Muhammad Ali Shah laid the foundation stone of the residential scheme People’s Sky view Apartments today for Karachi. On this occasion, Member National Assembly Shahida Rahmani, Ordinator to CM Shahzad Memon and Secretary Local Government Najam Ahmad Shah, MC KMC Syed Shajaat Hussain were present. Minister LG Nasir Shah said that the Sindh government is trying to provide basic facilities including housing facilities to the middle class.
Until the completion of the People’s Sky view Apartments project, KDA of the Sindh Government will continue to receive full support and support. DG KDA Syed Muhammad Ali Shah while appreciating the personal efforts of CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and Minister Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah said that after completing the planning of the mega project to provide residential facilities to the middle class, he personally contacted the government of Sindh, due to the personal interest of Sindh Government and Minister LG approval was obtained from the governing body.
The KDA will ensure the full utilization of all its resources in implementing the first multi-storied eco-friendly residential project in KDA Scheme 41 Sarjani Town Sector 7B on an emergency basis and to complete the project in a short period of time. Consultant People’s Sky View Atif Nazr informed the details and said that in the residential project it will be possible to provide all necessary basic residential facilities including modern and high speed lifts, standby generator, boundary wall, mosque, park, play land, gymnasium. Housing Scheme People’s Sky View Apartments will consist of 25 floor towers with more than 1700 flats of 2 and 3 rooms double basement.
Where more than two thousand vehicles will be parked with car parking facilities for each flat and a spacious reception area will be constructed in each tower for guests. KDA has included the facility of paying the price of flats in easy installments among the priorities for the homeless family. Providing affordable and basic residential facilities to the residents of Karachi is one of the top priorities of KDA. Member Finance KDA Muhammad Kashif Khan, Secretary KDA Khalid Zafar Hashmi, Chief Engineer KDA Nadeem Iqbal, Project Director People’s Sky View Tariq Rafi, Director IT Shamsul Haq, Director Recovery Raza Qaim Khani People’s Labor Union Head Muhammad Ashraf, political leaders and other officers were present.

Minister LG Syed Nasir Shah while talking to media said that after 28 years KDA projects have been introduced and Karachi was settled by KDA. He said that no project has come from KDA for a long time, apart from KDA, other development authorities have also been directed to hand over the projects to the allottees in time. In response to a question said that he has won the local body election in Karachi, he will win the general election from Karachi as well and whoever has the most elected representatives has the moral right to be the mayor of Karachi. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami has more than 80 seats and PPP has more than 100 seats. he added that Jamaat-e-Islami alleges that the elected representatives of PTI are being harassed, there is also objection to the election of representatives of the PPP, MNAs and MPAs of the People’s Party have been elected from Karachi. He said that the PPP is also doing lot of work in Central and Korangi districts. In response to a question, Nasir Shah said that Imran Khan believes that talks should be held after May 9, while earlier he did not want to talk. He added that bad manners in politics started from the era of Imran Khan, He added that Imran Khan was ousted from the government in a constitutional, Prior to this, prime ministers were ousted in an unconstitutional. He said that Imran Khan spread chaos but still did not get success.
Nasir Shah said that Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is striving for public services, whoever has a simple majority has the right to make him his mayor. Karachi is the right of PPP and we can solve the problems of Karachi together. In response to a question, he said that it is a mere allegation that PTI is being asked to change loyalties. He said that PTI UC’s chairmen have to take their own decision, there is no pressure on anyone. We have a moral right that the Mayor of Karachi should be JIYALA & Inshallah Mayor of Karachi will be Jiyala.
