Karachi Development Authority is continuously conducting large-scale indiscriminate operations in KDA townships and schemes established throughout the city to transfer land from the occupants including the elimination of illegal encroachments.
Director General Development Authority Karachi Syed Shujaat Hussain has a clear position that there will be no leniency against the occupation mafia and No one will be allowed to encroach on government lands.
Following the orders of DG KDA Syed Shujaat Hussain, the staff of the Department of Estate and Enforcement and the Project Director of Lines Area conducted a joint operation on Plot No. Z 1 to 6 Sector 7 Lines Area and resisted the illegal occupants.
Apart from two KDA employees, one police officer was seriously injured.
During the operation, demolition of illegal constructions with heavy machinery was going on.
The operation was conducted in the presence of the supervision of the director of anti-encroachment, local police and administration.
