Muttahida Workers Front CBA important General workers meeting held at COD Filter Plant

Joint Incharge of Labour Division Muttahida Qaumi Movement (Pakistan) Mr. Islam Uddin Committee members Yasir and Ahmed took special part in the general workers meeting.

 A large number of in-charges/officers and workers and employees of all divisions including the central office bearers of CBA Muutahida Workers Front also participated in the meeting.

 Joint Incharge Nadeem Yusuf informed the employees about the initiatives of Muttahida Workers Front and said that Muttahida Workers Front is the only union which considers the service for employees as its first duty and is playing its full role in this, that is the reason why employees are saying goodbye to other unions and joining us.

Chairman of CBA Irshad Khan welcomed the Joint In-charge of Labour Division and the members and employees of the Officer Association in the General Workers Meeting.

Joint Incharge of Labor Division, while addressing the general workers meeting, said that the performance of the Water Corporation is not hidden from anyone, all the officials who have been given the responsibilities are performing all the responsibilities very gracefully but we have to be more united and active to solve the problems of employees.

He said in reference to the Youth Convention on July 28 that new blood and new youth are needed to come forward in the movement ,we invite young people to come in large numbers at the July 28 event to listen to us and join the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan.

MQM has always brought middle class and new blood into the politics of this country because we never believed in dirty politics, he added.

CBA Chairman Irshad Khan , in his address, said that there is a lot of pressure on the employees of our organization while talking about the water problem in the city, The employees of our organization are working day and night to ensure fair distribution of water in the city.

Water thieves and tanker mafias are creating water scarcity in the city and are also harassing the employees of our institution, he said.

Referring to the July 28 youth convention program, he said that all office bearers should ensure participation in the program.

However,Inspired by the labour-friendly philosophy of the Muttahida Workers Front, workers from other unions including the United Labour Front / Peoples Labor Union joined them.
