Hammad Khan Director Advertisement District Municipal Corporation (DMC) East Karachi issued directives to advertisers for removal of panels and screens on a priority basis.
Director Advertisement issued the said directives on Tuesday while considering the Pakistan Metrological Department forecast of Windstorm in Karachi on 2nd and 3rd February.
Further He asked advertisers to remove panels and screens as a precautionary measures to avoid any loss of life and property during Windstorm.
However in a letter to advertisers Hammad Khan also warned advertisers for action against them as per rules and policy in case of negligence or inattention towards the forecast.
