On the directives of Patron in Chief Syed Imran Hussain Jafri, General Secretary Watan Parast Labour Union KDA Zeeshan Malik along with Senior Joint Naseem Ansari, Vice President Qamar Sheikh including other office bearers met with DG KDA Nasir Abbas Soomro and Secretary KDA Fuzail Bukhari on friday to present the recommendations of union on the issues of employees including closure of medical panel, funds and other issues of employees. 

Moreover Zeeshan Malik stated that the whole country is affected due to COVID-19, we need effective measures for the protection of Karachi Development Authority(KDA) employees lives. 

He shared that union discussed the issues of medical fund and posting of employees in poly clinic.  

General Secretary of union stated that employees could have to face difficulty in case of medical emergency if the staff is not present in poly clinic. 

He said that Poly Clinic of KDA is facing shortage of staff as majority of employees were on contract and they are now released due to no rehiring of contract employees from a long time. 

Watan Parast Union Office bearer urged for immediate continuation of medical panel and posting of employees in poly clinic. 

He expressed hope that DG KDA would take steps to resolve the said issues on a priority basis and asked that watan parast union would continue to raise voice and stand with employees in every injustice and to provide them all basic facilities.
