Quaidabad Traders protested against SP Malir Tahir Norani and SHO PS Shah Lateef Ubaidullah Pathan on the arrest of traders without reason and police extortion here on yesterday.
Protest was held down Quaid Abad bridge led by Jahanzaib, Moosa Rabani, Raof Lala and others and hundreds of traders took part.Protesters blocked the national highway road from both sides and hailed serious slogans against SP Malir and SHO PS Shah Lateef’s dismissal.
Demonstrators talked with journalists and said that police has arrested Quaid Abad traders with any fault and Shah Lateef police has been practicing to pressurize them for extortion from months on the order of SP Malir.
They balmed that police has took actions against them due to extortion and has ruined business of them.Demonstrators demanded from IG Sindh, SSP Malir and other concerned officers to dismiss SP Malir Tahir Norani and SHO Shah Lateef Ubaidullah Pathan on urgent basis other they will keep their protest demonstration continue.
