Surjani Cricket Club sniffed victory on the 1st T20 match in Baqai Sports Complex on Saturday after Baqai Hawks were wrecked by Off-spinner Arshad Kundan, who picked a career-best five wicket haul.
Emaaz Siddiqui 55-run knock and his 2nd-wicket stand with Mohsin Ali helped Surjani Cricket Club chase down the 113-run target set by Baqai Hawksi in the first T20 match in Baqai Sports Complex on Saturday.
The Baqai Hawks bowlers toiled and toiled but the partnership of Emaaz Siddiqui and Moshin Ali was not to be broken. In the end, the pair’s 90-run stand was enough to see their side over the line. Emaaz’s 55-run knock was the highlight ofSurjani’s Cricket Club inning’s. Mohsin Ali contributed 35 runs to the cause.
Surjani cricket Club won the match by 8 wickets. Hammad, Bilal, Ali, Arij & Syed Naveed contributed one wicket each in the victory.
