In Rangoonwala Community Centre Bahadurabad area of Karachi, a student namely Afaq was brutally tortured by more than 40 people.
The victim Afaq , is fighting for a life-and-death battle and is undergoing treatment in the ICU,the alleged culprits Ahmed Hamza and Amjad who involved in this attack managed to escape from the place due to police negligence.
The heirs of Afaq appealed to the higher authorities DG Rangers and IG Sindh Police for justice with them.
