An Emergency meeting of Solangi Welfare Organization of Pakistan (SWOP) Central Body was held in Hyderabad under the chairmanship of Irfan Ali Solangi Chairman SWOP.
The meeting was attended by Engineer Imdad Hussain Solangi Central President of Solangi Welfare Organization of Pakistan, Fida Hussain Solangi Central General Secretary, Umair Solangi Central Joint Secretary, Jan Muhammad Solangi Central Information Secretary, Anwaruddin Solangi Central Finance Secretary, Dr. Samar Raza Solangi Member CEC, Media Coordinator Ayaz Hussain Solangi, Hyderabad Division President Muhammad Hashim Solangi and Hyderabad District Vice President Sagar Solangi .
A five-member committee was formed in the meeting to resolve the land issue of the Solangi community in Tando Muhammad Khan.
Chairman Irfan Ali Solangi nominated Qazi Ghulam Mustafa Solangi from Tando Muhammad Khan as a member of Central Executive Committee and accepted the resignation of Ali Jafri Solangi as Central Press Secretary.
It was further decided in the meeting that the bodies of all divisions, districts and tehsils would be suspended on October 18 on completion of one year term of the present Central Body and Central body for next tenure will be elected by CEC members in a meeting chaired by Chairman Irfan Ali Solangi.
