Senior citizen of Rehmani Mohala UC Murad Memon village Abdul Ghafoor held press conference with his wife Bilqees and son Altaf Memon against UC Chairman Aftab Memon, Secretary Jaleel Memon and ward councillor Haleem Memon at Awami Press Club Malir here on yesterday.

They told to journalists showing documents that they got checked their descendents specially grand mother Haleema’s  account so they came to know that there is more than hundred acres land on her name which is  Naclass 32 to 373 in Deh Malh on which influential people are trying to confiscate.

They further said that they have millions rupees land of their descendants but still they have been labouring to survive well.

They told that they had applied in UC for the certificate of heirship and death certificates of their late grandmother Haleema but UC Chairman, Secretary and ward councilor told that it is so difficult and complicated to take certificate and refused to give after taking fistful bribe from them so it sounds that they are part and partial with occupiers.

They said that they can not bear to see their children toiling and working even their descendants have left domain for them. They proclaimed that they are old, weak and sick and they and their children have right in their descendants property which they will never leave at any cost.They said that they will sit in hunger strike till death before UC office if they are not given heirship certificate. 

They appealed chief minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, minister of local government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, MNA Abdul  Karim Jokhio and area’s heads to take action against chairman, secretary and ward councilor and get provided them heirship certificate of their descendants so that they can be legally heir of their descendants domain.
