Abdul Sattar Qureshi, who was elected as the General Secretary of APP Employees Union Sindh for the third time in a row, expressed his determination in a meeting of the workers at the APP Karachi office on Friday that the solution of the problem and the protection of the legitimate rights of the workers are among the top priorities of the union.
Abdul Sattar Qureshi said that the restoration of the workers’ union after many years of disruption in the APP is welcoming.
He recalled that earlier he was elected as the General Secretary of APP Employees Union Sindh in 2011 and 2013 and he has become the first general secretary in the history of the APP Sindh Union who has been elected for the third consecutive time. It is a unique honor, he remarked.
He said that he is really grateful to the voters for once again deeming him worthy of this responsibility and he will try his best to live up to the trust of the workers.
