Secretary Local Government Sindh Roshan Ali shaikh has paid visit to the Complaint Cell established by Local Government department.

In the visit Roshan Shaikh met the staff members, checked the attendance register and inspected the performance chart of the complaint cell. Secretary was briefed about the progress of the cell, stating that complains from all the 29 districts of Sindh are receiving on daily basis and proper follow up chart has been maintained in order to take the follow up of all the resolved complains.

Giving the instructions to enhance the frame work of the complaint cell Secretary Local Government said,

“The idea behind the establishment of a 24/7 complain cell was to facilitate the people at their door step. Minister Local Government is deeply concerned to make the complaint cell a legendry example for other provinces”.

Roshan Ali Shaikh ordered the staff to focus devotedly on the responsibilities,

“You are working in an emergency situation, for a public service cause, and I except the extraordinary results from this complaint cell. Consider yourselves a helper for others as we are here to serve the people”,  

Secretary urged his staff to submit the progress report on daily basis and to adopt the precautionary measures while performing their duties as Sanitizers, Masks, gloves and other necessary things have already been provided.
