Chairman of International Lawyers Forum (ILF) Nasir Ahmad Advocate has said that the basic problems of the Sikh community should be solved on urgent basis.
The Sikh community should be recruited on a priority basis in the armed forces, Rangers and other security agencies.
These views were expressed by ILF Chairman Nasir Ahmed Advocate while addressing a reception in honor of the Sikh community. Dastar gifts were presented to the Sikhs by the ILF.
On this occasion, the leader of the Sikh community, Sardar Dayal Singh, in his address, said that the Gurdwara located in the limits of Nabi Bagh College should be handed over to the Sikh community immediately, while a public holiday should be announced on the occasion of Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday.
Sardar Dayal Singh paid great tribute to the services of the ILF for the Sikh community and other minorities.
