The whole Karachi was turned into “Kachra City” when Saeed Ghani was the minister for local government of sindh.

According to the MPA two of the major institutions, Karachi water and sewerage board and Sindh solid waste management board had not been able to deliver efficiency due to the minister of former local government mala-fide behavior.
