Sindh Minister for Information, Archives and Labor Saeed Ghani on Sunday while welcoming the decision of Mutahida Qaumi Movement’s leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui to quit the federal cabinet said that the leaders of MQM should have taken this decision long time ago.

Saeed Ghani said that the federal government of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf did not only make false promises with the general public, but they also deceived their coalition partners. The Provincial Minister for Information clarified that the MQM leaders didn’t leave the federal cabinet on the advice of the PPP.

He said that the MQM was independent in taking its decision, and it was for them to decide whether to join the Sindh government or not. He said that Pakistan People’s Party chairman on number of occasions in the past had said that the people of the country were suffering owing to the disastrous and undirected policies of the PTI’s federal government.

Saeed Ghani added that even though the PTI was ruling with the support of its coalition partners, but yet they hardly give due value to them. Provincial Minister for Information said that PTI never fulfilled the promises it made for Karachi. He said that not a single penny had been released from the promised 162 billion rupees package for Karachi.

Similarly, that PTI had given nothing to the people except for inflation and unemployment. He said that everyone was suffering due to the abortive economic policy of the federal government. No positive change was expected unless PTI was in power, he added.
