President of Metro One News and Project Director of Voice of Sindh visit Indus Hospital – Announcement of Nomination as Media Goodwill Ambassador

Karachi: President of Metro One News and Project Director of Voice of Sindh, Dr. Muhammad Umair Haroon, accompanied by Deputy Project Director of Voice of Sindh, Daniyal Jilani, visited Indus Hospital today, where they held a detailed meeting with Executive Director Mr. Syed Mashhood Rizvi and the Media Communication Team. The meeting focused on promoting public health, spreading positive messages through media, and collaborating on welfare initiatives.

Dr. Umair Haroon praised the remarkable services of Indus Hospital, stating that this institution is a shining example of humanitarian service in Pakistan, providing *completely free, high-quality, and internationally standardized medical facilities to more than 5 million patients annually*. He noted that the hospital’s modern infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, trained medical staff, and spirit of volunteerism reflect its strong mission and commitment.

On the occasion, Dr. Umair Haroon said:
“Indus Hospital not only provides treatment but is also setting new standards of hope, trust, and humanitarian service. Voice of Sindh stands with Indus Hospital in this noble mission and will run a comprehensive media campaign to bring this message to every home.”

Executive Director of Indus Hospital, Mr. Syed Mashhood Rizvi, praised Dr. Umair Haroon’s contributions to media and social causes and announced his nomination as *“Media Goodwill Ambassador of Indus Hospital.”* He stated:
“Dr. Umair Haroon has always played a vital role in highlighting positive and welfare-oriented causes. His involvement will further strengthen the mission of Indus Hospital.”

It was also decided in the meeting that a *Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)* will soon be signed between Voice of Sindh and Indus Hospital, under which a large-scale media campaign will be launched to promote Indus Hospital’s noble mission and services at the national level.

The Indus Hospital is committed to ensuring that no patient in Pakistan is deprived of treatment due to financial constraints, and Voice of Sindh will extend full support in delivering this mission to the public.
