Karachi: Administrator DMC East Syed Shakeel Ahmed has said that the purchasing power of the people has become unbearable, in such a situation, the work that FFP (Foundation Fighting Poverty) is doing is respectable and exemplary as long as such people and institutions are present, Deserving Person will celebrate on every festival.
He expressed these views while inspecting the Eid Bazaar set up by FFP in Block 6 Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
He expressed happiness over the presence of everything related to Eid, including mehndi stalls, during the inspection of the market, saying that the FFP has actually provided all the accessories of Eid, due to which the colors of Eid happiness have now become colorful in the houses where the colors of Eid were fading.
He said that due to lack of purchasing power, thousands of people are finding difficulties to maintain white color, in such a situation, institutions like FFP are making efforts to make eid good for the deserving without affecting the self-respect of the people.
We will support it and will also play his own role in improving as much as possible.
On this occasion, he distributed Eid gift packs among the Deserving person while the ffp management thanked him for his arrival.
