Administrator D.M.C East Rahmatullah Sheikh has directed the officers to keep the necessary machinery and manpower ready before the expected rains,this instruction given by him during monitoring of drain cleaning and inspection of de-watering pumps along with S.E Civil works, Salman Memon, Executive Engineer M&E Imtiaz Bhutto, Executive Engineer Civil Gulshan e Iqbal, Iqbal Mallah, Directors Tauqeer Abbas, Zafar Iqbal, Agha Sameer, he said that all possible steps should be taken keep clear chronic points in available time, officers and staff should be shown active in rains.
During the inspection of de-watering pumps, he directed that the Department of M&E is aware of where de-watering pumps are needed so installed de-watering pumps in the places where water is accumulated.
The officers briefed him on the arrangements made for the rains and assured him that all possible role would be played in rains.
