District Municipal Corporation (DMC) East on the way of progress under the guidance of Administrator DMC East Muhammad Ali Shah and Municipal Commissioner Waseem Mustafa Soomro.
DMC East Resolving public complaints and also removing outdoor advertisments, in this regards DMC East team headed by Director Advertisement Javed Kalwar removed steamers and other advertisements from sharfabad to chaarminar Bahadurabad including University Road.
Whereas for the beautification of roads and streets DMC East team under the supervision of Director Parks Tauqeer Abbas has beautified Tipu Sultan Road, Sir Syed Road and Shahrah e Quaideen.
Moreover painting of footpaths works from Tabba Chowrangi to Shaheed e Millat Road and fixing of slabs and curb stone at university road ongoing under the supervision of SE East Azhar Hussain Shah and Executive Engineer B&R Iqbal Mallah.
Streets has been lightened in district east after repairing of street lights, it was done under the supervision of SE M&E Mubeen Shaikh and Executive Engineer M&E Imtiaz Bhutto.
In addition DMC East schools has been opened from today by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), However sanitation and fumigation has been ensured by Incharge Rao Shamshad.
It was learned that Administrator DMC East Muhammad Ali Shah and Municipal Commissioner Waseem Mustafa Soomro are inspecting all arrangements by itself.
Further Officers are presenting reports after completion of tasks.
Administrator DMC East asked officers to perform their tasks with dedication and honesty to make district east a model district.
