Administrator D.M.C East Shoaib Ahmed Malik has said that entry and exit of items should be registered especially Encroachment related items this views expressed by him during visit of store places of d.m.c east office along with Executive Engineer civil Salman Memon, Incharge Security Abdul Majid.
However he advised to owner of encrochment related goods collect their goods as soon as otherwise it will be auctioned after legal formalities.
He directed to the concerned officers to set a complete record of the disposal and exclusion of municipal service related and encroachment goods through store keepers.
He ordered officers to adopt legal action to take steps to auction the existing goods so that work can be done to improve the d.m.c east office, as we are taking all steps to provide municipal facilites to the residents of district east also trying to improve the condition of offices.
Whereas On the directives of Administrator Shoaib Ahmed Malik and Municipal Commissioner Ghulam Sarwar Rahpoto work in progress at Bahdurabad Roundabout park, senior director park A.Ghani Sheikh, Additional director Tauqeer Abbas, Director Parks Gulshan e iqbal Zone Agha Sameer visited the ibidem place and monitor the progress of on going works.
