A Corner Meeting of KDA Employees Union arranged on Thursday at Engineering Department Asphalt Plant workshop and stores division, whereas the union suspended fireworks event in the meeting due to the death of two KDA Employees Sohail Shah and M. Usman.
On the Occasion Member Labour Division MQM Pakistan Abid Sheikh , Member Labour Division Nasir Baig , Employees Union Patron in Chief Navaid Anwer Siddiqui , Spokesman Muhammad Abdul Maroof, General Secretary Dilawar Khan and President Nadeem Khokhar shared their views with the participants.
Moreover speaking with the participants Navaid Anwer stated that, Union several times raised the issue of Employees Medical closure but the management has not taken any notice for redressal of issue and now the two employees lost their lives.
Whereas urged DG to reserve space for Aman Ambulance like the space provided to the vehicles of fire brigade.
Member MQM Labour Division Abid Sheikh urged for the revival of the facilities for employees of KDA on priority basis. Moreover Nasir Baig stated that Master plan department was the source of generating funds for KDA but now it has been given under the provincial government.
Honorary Shields has been given to the current and retired employees of KDA by the hand of MQM Pakistan Labour Division members.
At last of the meeting participants gather in front of DG KDA office , raised slogan for the continuation of medical services for the employees.
On the occasion Spokesman Abdul Maroof said that , The Union would arranged Quran Khwani for Esaal e Sawab of KDA Employees who died recently.
